Corrected bugs:

• Error on category pages when XenForo returned a redirect or no-permission reply
• PHP notice when the parent of a subcategory was not viewable
• Icon URLs containing quotes or parentheses could break the stylesheet of the whole site

Modifications:

• Category icons are now output in the template, so an icon change applies immediately without a style rebuild
• [XFA] Core is now required for the icon pickers

New features:

• Choose how subcategories are displayed: none, inline links under the category description, or grouped blocks with the parent category as header
• Inline subcategory links show the subcategory’s own icon when it has one
• Choose the icon of each category in its edit form: default icon, Font Awesome icon with colour, image from the server icons folder, or image URL, with a size setting
