Flexible defaults and overrides
Set a default agreement page and refund confirmation once, then override those settings only where individual user upgrades need different terms.

Permanent acceptance records
Keep an administrator log showing who accepted the agreement, when it was accepted, the IP address, user upgrade, payment profile, and other useful reference information.

Agreement snapshot
The exact agreement content shown at the time of acceptance is preserved with the record, so later changes to the original Page do not change previous acceptance evidence.

Recorded confirmation wording
The agreement and refund confirmation wording accepted by the user is stored with each record.

Where available, acceptance records can show and link to related entries from XenForo's native Payment provider log.

Native administrator integration
Agreement status is shown directly on XenForo's User upgrades page, with quick access to the agreement logs and detailed acceptance records.

Administrator Options​

• Enable user upgrade agreements: Turn agreement requirements on or off.
• Default agreement page: Select the XenForo Page used by user upgrades that inherit the default settings.
• Default refund confirmation: Choose whether a separate refund policy confirmation is required by default.

Each XenForo User Upgrade can also be configured individually to:

• Use the default agreement settings.
• Require an agreement with its own selected Page and refund confirmation setting.
• Require no agreement.

License Setup​

After installation, go to the add-on options and open the License options tab to enter your license key.

Footer branding is optional and may be removed from the same License options tab.

License verification may use XenCustomize.com with local caching. Normal installation and uninstallation do not depend on our server being available. An expired license does not disable normal use of the add-on, but an active valid license is required for official support and access to new downloads or updates released after the license expires.
