[XenConcept] Captcha login 2.1.0

Add:

• Add option for enter ips can bypass the captcha
• Disable/enable captcha via the config.php with $config['enableCaptchaLogin'] = true; or $config['enableCaptchaLogin'] = false;

Fixed:

• The captcha does not work correctly

• [Bug Fix] Captcha isn't re-loading after a failed login attempt.

We fixed the bug that allows to bypass the captcha
