XenCentral Feedback System 2 2.3.6.1

Throwing a SQL error. Logged a ticket on their website 12 days ago, they have not responded as yet. Clearly they are not interested in resolving issue once they have taken your money.

Two patches later, everything is now working perfectly. I wanted to edit my old review to remove the part about the missing features, obviously, it is not possible.

They have a ticket system with crazy fast response time and the addons works as advertised.

I used to use it on XF1 but dropped it due to the missing XF2 version.
I'm glad I can now use it as it is really a complete addons.

Lots of feature seems to be still under development but it already does the job.

Great complement and support is great.

Give my platform a new level of reliability for users.
The support tickets are answered quickly and very effectively.

Have been using this since early in XF1 and the devs have supported this add-on amazingly. They have been quick to respond to bugs and fix issues which has allowed me to get to a point that I am in final testing to upgrade to XF2 - something that wasn't even really on the radar 2 weeks ago. Thank you XenCentral!

Prefect and complete feedback system for your marketplace and community. Can't get any better than this. Also outstanding customer support. The dev really appreciate their customers :)

Import went flawlessly and we are up and running! After 3 failed imports.
