User:
  1. Submit request
  2. Edit self request
  3. Remove self request
  4. View request
Moderator/Administrator (group with permission):
  1. Edit requests
  2. Remove requests
  3. Set request on-hold status
  4. Accept request
  5. Reject request
User will get alert after changing of request status.
