Unmaintained TPU: Detect and Block Spam Registrations 1.6.6

• Fixes forum registrations through 3rd party providers (Google+ etc) not working
• Fixes "Only variables should be passed by reference" error
• Adds most basic support for IPv6 in some tests, other tests have checks now whether IPv6 is used and will be disabled, to avoid error messages or false positives

- Added ability to override scoring and directly pick an action (helps with those indian spammers)
- Added a third action that accepts new users but moderates all their new posts until a certain (approved) post count is reached
- Added tab to user panel in admincp to view registration log (until the entry is deleted from spam trigger log automatically by XenForo)

• Added wildcard * to IP country match, so you can blacklist all countries, and then whitelist few countries by giving them a negative score
• Added check if PHP socket functions are available
