Similar Threads v3.3 changes:

Removed period from Template Modification ID. This allows compatibility with XenForo 1.4b3 and newer installations.

Similar Threads v3.2 changes:

Added additional code to allow extra comma at end of Exclude Forums field on Options.

Similar Threads v3.1 changes:

Added User Group Permissions. This will allow showing or not showing Similar Threads based on the user group viewing the thread.

Normally this will be set to Allow for each user group, but it's possible to not show Similar Threads to any specific user group by leaving the permission set to Not set (No) for that group.

Similar Threads v3.0 changes:

Added Multibyte to Options page. By default Multibyte PHP code will not be used. This is done because some PHP installations are not compiled with Multibyte and fail if MB code is used. Those forums which require Multibyte will need to check this option.

Similar Threads v2.9 changes

Fixed Forum Exclude option. Forums which are excluded will not be shown in similar thread results.

Similar Threads v2.8 has some security improvements.

Changes for Similar Threads v2.7

1) Added multibyte support for languages that require this. This fixes search word accuracy in languages that use multibyte.

2) Previous to v2.7 search words were always shown in Similar Threads results, this is now an option.

In v2.5 I added the code to exclude forums and if a member is creating a thread that worked well. Unfortunately I overlooked removing the similar thread results while viewing a thread.

Now in Similar Threads v2.6 if one or more forums are excluded, similar threads will not be shown either while creating a thread or viewing a thread.

Added option to exclude forums from similar thread results.

Added option to remove punctuation from search words.
