Where do I get my merchant API key?
Sign in at https://plaxswap.com/merchants/dashboard, complete your setup and open API keys. Use a merchant integration key, not a swap partner key.
Can I use it for purchases other than a forum upgrade?
The add-on uses XenForo's native payment provider system for compatible purchasables. You can also create and share hosted payment links from the merchant dashboard for products, services and other orders. Third-party XenForo purchasables must support the payment provider system.
Where do payments go?
Original-asset payments are credited to your Plaxswap merchant wallet in the coin and network paid. See each balance in Wallet & withdrawals.
How do I withdraw?
Open Wallet & withdrawals, choose a funded coin/network, enter a compatible destination, preview the fee and approve with your authenticator. You can withdraw your available funds anytime; completion follows network confirmation.
Who pays the fees?
The configured platform fee and applicable checkout network/exchange charges are shown to the customer before payment. The merchant pays the displayed withdrawal network fee. A manual swap has its own rate and charges shown before approval.
How is the purchase activated?
The forum verifies the payment directly with Plaxswap before activating it. A browser return or an unverified notification alone does not activate a purchase. Partial or unconfirmed payments remain pending.
Can I test without moving real funds?
Use a test integration key and purchase as a forum administrator. Use a live key for real customer payments. Local verification used XenForo 2.3.4, PHP 8.3 and sandbox payments.
What happens if I uninstall?
Uninstall disables this provider's profiles and deletes the add-on invoice table. Back up your records first, or disable the add-on to keep its local history. Your Plaxswap merchant wallet remains in Plaxswap.
Does this replace Plaxswap Crypto Swaps?
No. This merchant payment add-on has a separate provider, namespace and integration key. It can be installed alongside the swap add-on.
