Quality of life improvements to the XF permission UX
- "Analysis permissions" page now indicates if a user is in a non-valid state, and doesn't actually get the permissions their groups would suggest they have
- Adds a "Display users in a non-valid state as guest" checkbox (default set) to allow viewing the actual permissions and permissions if they where in a valid state
- Add filtering by permissions to various permission lists
- Add "Thread permissions" to Analyze permissions feature
- Injects if a user is reply-banned or banned
