• Fixed incorrect method calls (fetchone() to fetchOne()) which would prevent retrieving existing wishlists.
• Added getUserWishlistResources() to the repository to allow fetching all resources a user has wishlisted via the Member controller.
• Corrected usage of the parent keyword in extended entities to ensure proper invocation of base class methods.
• Added privacy and permission checks to the wishlist pages so visitors cannot bypass user-defined privacy settings.
• Updated isWishlisted() to return a boolean instead of the raw entity.

It adds a bunch of extra DB queries on resource lists. Added a condition to avoid this.
