NSFW Gate for Downloads Manager adds a configurable age/consent gate to the Downloads Manager addon, hiding flagged downloads behind a confirmation step until the viewer opts in.

Features

• Per-download NSFW flag added to the resource add/edit form.
• Two confirmation modes: a simple checkbox acknowledgement, or a date-of-birth check against a configurable minimum age.
• Granular guest handling: block entirely, show a placeholder with cookie-based confirm, gate on existing cookie only, or hide NSFW items from guest listings altogether.
• Restrict NSFW access to specific user groups.
• Custom default thumbnail upload (PNG/JPG/WebP/GIF/SVG) shown in place of hidden items; oversized images are auto-resized to 256×256.
• Optionally exclude NSFW items from feeds, widgets, and Whats New.
