Unmaintained Like, Quote, Reply Button Edit

Fixed Quote button and stopped the like button hover effect on mobile while using XF2.1.

Code 1, 2 and Code 3 can now work on both XF2.0 and XF2.1. No need to use 2 separate codes!

Added a code 3 for report, edit, history, delete and ip.
Added !important to color code for custom styles.

Works with Xenforo 2.1
