Changes:

• Fix compatibility issue with XF2.1 extended image tag format.

• Upgrade lazysizes from v4.0.2 to v4.1.4

• Upgrade lazysizes from v4.0.1 to v4.0.2

• Add "Inject blank SVG for attachment" option (default enabled) to control if the inline SVG is injected.
  • With XF2's lightbox, lazyloading and having a max-height/width on the bbImage css attribute causes image stretching.
