Unmaintained [ITD] Add Custom Text and Link with Tool-tip in Footer 1.3.0.a

Peoples like to add custom text and link in forum's index footer and their is several ways to do that, some of them you can find via searching this forum, but almost all are manual template modifications.

This add-on will add custom text and link with tool-tip into your board's footer.

Instructions:

1. Download attachment & unzip it.
2. Log in to your Admin CP and click on "Install Add-on" at bottom left corner.
3. Upload the unzipped XML file.
