Unmaintained [ITD] Add Custom Icon and Link with Tool-tip in Footer. 1.3.0

Peoples like to add custom icon and link in forum's index footer and their is few ways to do that, but almost all are manual template modifications.

This add-on will add custom icon and link with tool-tip into your board's footer.

Instructions:

1. Download attachment & unzip it.
2. Log in to your Admin CP and click on "Install Add-on" at bottom left corner.
3. Upload the unzipped XML file.
