Unmaintained [InfisJSC] Topic (thread) starter's permissions 1.2.12

This update fix new call method - more.

Fix "Edit first post" permission.

Fix error: 'Argument 1 passed to XenForo_Permission::hasContentPermission() must be of the type array, null given'.

Note: in addon the considerable part of a code which is responsible for check of permissions was rewritten. It was necessary to avoid different problems when for any reasons of permission weren't set, and also in case of interaction with other addons.

Fix bug 'Undefined index'.

Fix bug then user can view deleted posts in any thread.

Fix view moderated posts.

In this version I finished check permissions for destionation forums. This problem I wrote in this thread. If user are have not permission for post new thread then moving thread is canceled.

I add two new phrases (Russian language is included in archive).

Fix little bug (moderator can't see moderated posts, only alerts in moderation tools).

Repack archive for correct install path. Now folder upload contain folder library (upload = root installation of XenForo).

Update with replace files from upload and included in archive xml file.

Now regular users do not see moderated post in premoderated nodes.

Fix "Call-time pass-by-reference" error.
