Unmaintained How to set secure file/folder permissions for Xenforo

Excellent summary that I was looking for. The official documentation is balancing between functionality and security. but for some people who care more about security,...this is an excellent resource.

The only thing i would change is, making sure the .htaccess file has 0644 permissions. If not, it can cause issues.
