Within seconds. As soon as visitors and members navigate between forum pages, XenForo automatically inserts fresh activity rows.
Q: Will this add-on affect forum performance?
No. Under normal operation, the add-on overhead is zero. It only intervenes when a database query throws an exception or during the hourly cron check.
