Unmaintained Footer Pro 2023-04-19

1. Fixed a bug that applied CSS code even if the module was globally disabled.
2. Added "External Links" option to all columns.

Now the activation of Footer Pro is done in the style properties:

• ACP >> Appearance >> Style Properties >> Footer
