What is Eggy Pool: Expansion Hub?
Expansion Hub is the central expansion platform for Eggy Pool. It is designed to introduce additional systems, progression features and other enhancements without overloading the base Pool add-on.
What is included in version 1.0.0?
Version 1.0.0 introduces the first Expansion Hub feature: Trophies & Achievements, including 57 ready-to-use achievements, Trophy Points, Trophy Cabinet, rarity, progress tracking, advanced achievement rules and full ACP management.
Is Expansion Hub only an achievements add-on?
No. Trophies & Achievements is simply the first feature released through Expansion Hub. The Hub is designed to support additional Eggy Pool features in future releases.
Does this require Eggy Pool?
Yes. Eggy Pool 1.0.7 or later is required.
Is Eggy Pool: AI Opponent required?
No. AI Opponent is optional. If installed, Expansion Hub can track AI matches, AI victories, difficulty-specific achievements and other AI-related progression.
Can I create my own achievements?
Yes. Administrators can create, edit, duplicate, disable and retire achievements directly through the XenForo ACP.
Can achievements use multiple requirements?
Yes. Advanced achievements can use multiple conditions with ALL, ANY and AT LEAST logic, ranges, minimum samples, match windows, opponents, AI difficulty, prerequisites and other supported conditions.
Are repeatable achievements supported?
Yes. Achievements can be repeatable with independent award cycles, optional cooldowns and maximum award limits.
Are secret achievements supported?
Yes. Secret achievements remain hidden from players until they are unlocked.
Can achievements depend on other achievements?
Yes. Prerequisites and achievement chains are supported. Expansion Hub also validates dependencies to prevent invalid or circular chains.
Does it track existing Pool history?
Where supported, historical Pool data can be reconciled for eligible achievements. Achievements intended to begin only after Expansion Hub tracking starts are kept separate from imported historical statistics.
Can I disable progress bars for individual achievements?
Yes. Progress display can be controlled individually.
Can achievements have their own Trophy Points and rarity?
Yes. Each achievement can have its own Trophy Point value, rarity and trophy appearance.
Does changing an achievement's points affect previously earned awards?
No. Historical awards retain the Trophy Point value that was actually granted when they were unlocked.
Will Expansion Hub interfere with live Pool games if tracking fails?
No. Expansion Hub tracking is isolated from the authoritative Pool game processing. A Hub tracking failure should not prevent the underlying Pool match from completing.
Does the player-facing interface display Eggy branding?
No. The public progression interface is intentionally unbranded and uses names such as Pool Progression, Trophies & Achievements and Trophy Cabinet.
Can I upgrade without losing existing achievement progress?
Yes. Updates are designed to upgrade the existing installation rather than requiring the add-on to be uninstalled.
How long are updates included?
The licence includes 12 months of updates
