D.C Style - Thumbnail 1.1.0

• Adds configurable source priority and automatically generated cards.
• Adds possibility to prefer real images, author avatars or your own card design.
• Adds possibility for cards to show a thread title, author, publication date/time, forum, board name and custom text.

• Generate thread thumbnails from configured custom BBCode tags, including TMDB and IMDb tags.
• Optionally fetch movie and TV posters through TMDB when a tag does not render an image. IMDb IDs are resolved through TMDB.
• Posters take priority during automatic selection, while manual thumbnail choices remain protected.
• Added rebuild missing posters command for older threads from the ACP.

• Fix error table "xf_dcThumbnail_thumbnail" doesn't exist when install the add-on

- Remove the dependency of add-on D.C Style - Attachment View
