• Fix XF1.x => XF2.x migration code path

• XFMG support, supports the XMFG added after this add-on
• Fix add-on conflict issue where custom fields for other content types are prevented from rendering
  • If this update does not work, the supported solution is to disable the public template modification "Ensure custom fields fail-closed and do not display during updates".

• Fix no custom fields displaying for editing

• Ensure displaying of custom fields fails closed during add-on update.
  • During future add-on updates, all custom fields will stop displaying for the duration of the update. Designed to ensure custom fields do not leak information
  • Disabling the add-on will render all custom fields visible!

• Workaround that on upgrading XenForo, custom field caches will be rebuild without extra information. Thanks @DragonByte Tech
