Q: Why are the avatar images not showing up?
A: You likely missed the step to upload the image files. Download them from the link in the installation instructions and place the CryptopunkAvatar folder inside your data/gallery_avatars/ directory.
Q: Does this replace the ability to upload custom avatars?
A: No, this addon simply adds an extra option. Users can still upload their own images, use Gravatar, or delete their avatar as normal.
Q: Can I add more avatars to the gallery?
A: Currently the gallery is fixed to the provided 125 images. Adding more would require modifying the template code to recognize the additional filenames.
