RM Marketplace turns the XenForo Resource Manager into a complete storefront, like an app store built into your forum. Your members list products. Buyers check out in one click. You take a cut without chasing anyone for money.

What's new in 5.9.0​

• Bundles: sellers can group several of their resources into a bundle and offer it at a discounted price. Bundles are quick to create, shown where buyers look (a "Save with a bundle" callout, a sidebar block, a tab and a list on the resource page), can be promoted as the preferred bundle of a resource, and can stack or not with resource discounts and coupons. Buyers who already own a bundle are told so, and bundles with sales are deactivated instead of deleted to keep your history intact. It works with or without the Cart add-on.
• Revamped dashboard: a fresh layout for the seller dashboard.
• Consistent purchase forms: buying, buying a bundle and the cart now share the same layout.
• Faster resource selection: pick resources with a search-as-you-type selector in discounts and coupons, and when adding a license or filtering licenses and statistics.
• Resource names in payment details: purchased resource names are now shown with the payment.
• More user criteria: licenses count joins the user criteria, and the admin user search can now filter by purchases, sales, sales amount and licenses count.
• Copy an address in one click: click the address in the shipment info to copy it to the clipboard.

It earns money on its own​

• Commission: set a commission globally or per category.
• PayPal sales: the commission is collected at payment through parallel payments.
• Payment profile sales: the commission is invoiced monthly, automatically, with email and alert notifications.
• Paid featuring: sell featured placements on the resource index and in categories, for a duration in days, weeks, months or years.

Payments your way​

• Use the providers you already have: works with XenForo payment profiles and with a custom PayPal solution. Sellers can connect PayPal, Stripe, Braintree, Mollie, 2Checkout, Coinbase Commerce, BTCPay, BTCPay Server, Atlos crypto, DBTech Stripe Checkout, PayTR and more. A PayPal Business account is only needed for the custom PayPal solution.
• Manual payments too: cash, bank transfer, check... A conversation is opened automatically between buyer and seller to settle the details.
• Whose account gets paid: yours from the admin options, the category's own account, or each seller's own account.
• Flexible sale modes: per category, the seller decides per resource, the whole category sells, or the whole forum sells.
• Multi-currency: based on your Resource Manager currency configuration.

Digital products​

• Licenses: time-limited or lifetime (days, months, years), with or without renewals, single or multiple copy.
• Renewals: set the renewal price and delay, and optionally allow renewal after expiry.
• Require URL: buyers register the domain they will use before they can download, with domain checking and a blacklist.
• Automatic license keys: generated for you at purchase.
• Instant download: buyers download straight after purchase.
• Gift a license: buyers can purchase a license for a friend.
• DLC: limit child resources to buyers of the parent resource.
• License management: activate, deactivate, edit or transfer licenses from one user to another.
• Expiration reminders: alert and/or email sent to the license holder.

Physical products​

• Price, quantity and shipping: set shipping costs and let buyers choose a shipping option.
• Stock management: with the option to keep selling when out of stock.
• Shipment tracking: sellers update the status and add a tracking URL.
• Out of stock alert: sent to the seller when a product runs out.
• Copy the address: click the address in the shipment info to copy it to the clipboard.

Services​

• Service offers: sell services with their own price, currency and terms and conditions.
• Terms and conditions: every product type supports them with a WYSIWYG editor, and buyers must accept them before purchasing.

A full seller dashboard​

• Statistics: sales, gross income, fees and commission, with charts for sales evolution and net versus gross income. Pick a preset period or your own dates, and filter by sale type, currency and resource.
• Sales: all sales, newest first, with filters, validation of pending purchases, and export to XLSX or CSV.
• Products and licenses: every product for sale, and every license to filter, edit and transfer.
• Bundles: create and manage product bundles.
• Discounts: percentage or fixed amount, for all products or specific ones, with a time period and optional application to renewals.
• Coupon codes: a random code is suggested for you. Choose free product, percentage or fixed discount, for purchases, renewals or both, with a time period, a usage limit and user or usergroup restrictions.
• Order custom fields: ask buyers for mandatory or optional input at checkout, for specific products or all of them.
• Communication: choose email, conversation or both for buyer notifications, and customize the purchase, refund and renewal messages.
• Invoicing (optional): company details and logo, with PDF invoice generation.
• Payment data: their own PayPal address or payment profiles.
• Moderator view: moderators with the right permission can switch the dashboard between their own products and all products with one toggle.
