Looking into it, it seems like the users that require approval have almost spam emails. Like rgierguoeru@gmail.com (not one of them) but maybe it is to prevent spam?

Why is it that some users don't have to be verified by an Admin and some do? I have 7 users that have to be verified and some that are fine? I don't know why this is...

So all I have to do is put the "upload" folder under public_html and then www.mysite.com/install ? And will it make a difference on which one I put the files in? public_hrml or www directory ?

I have purchased my domain. And I have web hosting, but when I followed the 2 installation guides I found it won't work. I have my upload folder uploaded under public_html/forums I put all the files from inside that folder in that directory. But when I go to www.mysite.com/forums nothing loads...

Is it possible to have like a bubble instead of the ribbon? i think i remember i did it thru an error setting it up but i want it to be like that. any ideas?
