I'd also really appreciate even a vague timeline for 2.3
There are some significant style changes I want to make to the forums I run but I've wanted to avoid doing the work twice as it sounds like 2.3 will significantly adjust things. But I've constantly felt that 2.3 was only a couple months...
We are transitioning one of our sites to a different Paypal account for user upgrade payments. We have a number of recurring user upgrades that are currently tied to the existing primary account.
What will happen when the Primary Account Email is updated for the payment profile? Will the...
Just mentioning here for the devs, this appears to be an out of memory error.
I ran into this issue as well, and console was noting that the allowed memory size was exhausted. In my case it was already set to 128M, but temporarily bumping it to 1024M succeeded.
I know gigantic threads aren't...
I have a number of background images that I'd like to randomly select from. Is there a way to output a random number between certain values using template syntax?
Update: I noticed a different issue yesterday that stemmed from a number of the forum crons no longer running anymore. They had "Next run" times of over a week ago and appeared to not have run in a while.
Toggling one of them caused all of those "orphaned" crons to run, and I haven't seen this...
I've been running into this error rather frequently the last few days.
I've increased max_heap_table_size to 32M at this point and it still happened, it merely took a few days.
What is the underlying cause of this happening? I dumped the table before truncating it most recently and had over...
Our last discussion I recall you wanting full dev environment access, not just the torneo data. If that's really necessary to debug this, give me a list of the db tables you'd need and I'll look into exporting them. I'm not comfortable providing any non-torneo tables.
If a query is trying to...
It's a solution sure, but I'd like to hear from the devs if they expect XenForo to handle this or not.
If not, I'd imagine they'd want some sort of warning or restriction for forum admins to be informed/adjust
Bumping this.
In the old days on other forum software, very large threads would get locked and a new one created, to avoid performance issues as the conversation continued. XenForo's performance showed itself to be much better when we originally switched to XF1 and we did away with that...
