OK. I'm super lost. On the document you provided above, it says to go to the tools for the importer. In there, it says that the imports are now a separate download. I found that. What do I do with that folder that I downloaded? How do I run the importer?

Great. I guess my last question is how do I physically do it. I found the downloadable importer from the customer area. Then what? Where does it go or how do I use it?
