I have my host server up and ready to go, do I just purchase the licence and install, or is the general consensus that it is worth paying the installation fee.? If paying the installation fee what is the procedure, what information is needed and how long does it take?

Im playing with the demo (again!), does the basic license allow the upload of picture into threads? or is that part of the ad ons? basically I want a forum where members can chat, and upload pictures directly into the thread. the Demo does this, so does the basic license allow this.
