Just wanted to add that I'm having the same offset sidebar issue as @mediapac Happens through refreshes and cleared caches, always when the sidebar would be in the scroll-fixed state, not attached to the top or bottom.

I've tried messing with this value a few times, it's currently set to 250M. Editing it has had no effect on this issue, not even removing it entirely.
