Not sure if this situation was considered given that this single thread is larger than many/most entire boards out there but hopefully a solution/fix can be come up with because it won't be the only time this happens for us. With ~50 staff and approaching 30 million posts it is bound to happen...

Sorry if this has been addressed already. If a user already has purchased a subscription for themselves, how do they go about gifting? When they go to the account upgrades page it only allows them to cancel their own subscription.

Just wondering where to find the settings to change the colour of the tags that appear in a thread? The colours are clashing with our theme... Not talking about the cloud, talking about the tags themselves that appear at the top of the thread.

Is there a way to set it so that people with access to the AdminCP can still receive infractions? Requesting that this get moved to the add-on request area. Perhaps someone will be able to code something to do this.

I was fiddling with some basic style settings and all of a sudden I have this: Those white outlined black boxes shouldn't be black, they should be a shade of blue. What did I change to cause this? I can't for the life of me figure it out... Also, I managed to get the search bar to be darker...

Judging by the fact that PP doesn't list any of the entries as "Failed" I'm going to stay optimistic.

Well that SEEMS to have worked. I now have 5 subscribers... now I just have to hope that the backlog of previous subscribers gets processed. If it doesn't, I'll be back for more advice! Thanks so much.

No server error log entries. I... uhmm... I had changed the primary e-mail address. That one was still ON there, just changed from primary. Could that be it? I just changed it back.
