I know it's sort of a niche thing...but for fledgling forums, sharing content and linking to a blog (and hopefully getting some curious users back) can really bring in some traffic.

Between those I'd probably go for the 4300 Disc. Disc brakes are nice, but they add some weight to the bike I think. Having regular rim brakes, I can attest that stopping in wet conditions is a bit of an adventure. My back brake probably needs to be adjusted, but they certainly don't sound...

Maybe implement something like coupon codes too that takes the discount to $0? I can see either coupon codes making an upgrade free as some sort of promotion, or just allowing free upgrades for a time being beneficial.

There's also alternatives like APC, xcache etc. APC will probably be included in the PHP core when PHP 6 comes around, so that's what I've been using. I'd use something like APC if you just have a single VPS, and memcached if you're looking to setup some sort of load-balanced distributed solution.

This would be nice to have. The new wordpress login integration plugin would be cool to use this also - blog posts automatically syndicated to an announcements forum. :)
