I was half kidding with my post. My wife and one of my coworkers have been having nothing but problems with their work computers since being forced to upgrade to Windows 10 recently. I switched from Windows 10 to a Mac just over a year ago and couldn't be happier, there's no way I could ever go...

The best/smartest thing you could do is upgrade to a Mac.

My host said that the PHP memory limit and execution times weren't set high enough.

I wish I knew what the issue is so I can tell my host. I have no problem installing IPS, phpBB, WoltLab, WordPress, etc on my server.

I have tried that about 10 times and get no further than what I posted in the first two posts. I’m using a fresh database and download each time, I have even tried installing 2.1.5.

I'm not seeing that file anywhere. It does not exist in the internal_data folder.

I'm having problems doing a fresh install, I keep getting an Oops action_available_via_post_only error during the installation. I had no problems at all making the installation on my server before. This is a fresh install on a new database, what could be going on?

I had proc_open disabled recently because a different software that I use considers having it enabled a security risk. I'll leave it enabled.
