    Suggest me a new phone.

Bold requirements will come standard or be extremely easy to find on any smartphone app market, even blackberry. As for project management I'm fairly sure most project management softwares have apps on android and iOS. I'm currently in the market for a new phone, from my old blackberry looking...

Any tips for converting viewers into members?

Many forums have links or attachments only viewable to members! That's always an option :) Perhaps some member-view-only forums, so long as they're advertised to guests.

Firefox keeps getting better, doesn't it?

I typo'ed there, I meant shortly after 4, not 3! Sorry for the confusion.

Firefox keeps getting better, doesn't it?

I'd say about a month or so ago? I could be off by several weeks to be fair :P but it was released shortly after 3 because of security issues.

What sort of instant messenger now-a-days?

Skype mostly, Windows Live Messenger occasionally, and Facebook chat if I see someone on real quick.

Pixelated Photographer - what do you think

I really like the top part of the forum design, but I think yellow is a hard color to pull off for web designs. Most people monitors display in RGB color, thus using a shade of yellow will appear different on nearly everybody's monitor. Also, the yellow text links on my screen are readable...

    Your Thoughts On This Design?

It doesn't look too bad overall, everything looks a little large and the use of whitespace isn't being handled too well in my opinion. I do, however like how the noob, mediocre and pro buy now boxes were designed! Overall it seems as though its a little crammed, big, and has a lot of different...

facebook to offer group video chat

It's definitely a cool feature, and something that needs to be advertised to the non-tech part of the web. Most of my friends don't know about this, but do know about skype and simply for that reason will never use this - much like many of facebook's features.

    New design feedback

The guy in the twitter feed sure is handsome, does he come stock with the theme? :) Can't wait to see the color picker/texture picker/font picker in action.

    Lack of interest Users list

Interesting point you make here, as it could be a cool feature but you have to consider lots of people have different monitor sizes, on this site and your own. For example, I'm running 1680x1050 and I can only see the first 9 members. If you made the numbers of users shown 13, I would still...

    Photoshop Question?

Ingenious said it best, most would use a text layer white the color white or black on a low opacity, and duplicate it around the image (ctrl+j) as necessary. You could as an alternative try a blending mode in the layers panel, like soft light, overlay, or the like! :)

What's your opinion on Google's new look?

I love the new look! Especially the new gmail theme, its spaced great and is just overall way more appealing than the previous ones. Though, when my father saw the new grey bar at the top, he freaked out and thought someone had installed a toolbar in the browser.
