When you're composing a post that involves multiple quotes, it'd be helpful to be able to jump back to where you left off, which is often where you last quoted, to quickly resume reading subsequent posts and potentially replying to additional posts in the thread. It can be quite time consuming...

You could only offer the option once a user has viewed the first post of a particular thread. You could also offer the option when the first post is shown in the thread list (e.g., forum_view_type_article).

Solution: Update the phrase "permission_general_followModerationRules" to use "Bypass moderation queue in unmoderated nodes" rather than "Follow message moderation rules." Solved.

The sentence "Unviewed alerts do not expire" is found on this page: /admin.php?options/list/alerts Unfortunately, alerts do in fact expire and disappear after a period of time. Is this a bug in XenForo?
