CF is good for domain protection but what about if the content can be served directly via the IP? Cloudflare is useless then.

What would cause in the recent update for a location to not "apply" when purchased? so a header spot is available but they purchase it, upload a banner but the "header" location now is unselected and doesnt appear in rotation.

hit 250k yesterday. lol - think it was a ddos attack but cloudflare didnt detect it and webserver had no issues as guests are served static content.
