I saw this on a couple of XenForo forums, but couldn't get the owners to tell me who makes this add-on? Does anyone here know where I can find it or a developer who can do that?

The Block Country add-on blocks IPs from different countries ( I had issues with Russia and China)... The other add-on kept the bots away as they can't do the verification. It sounds too simple, but it's working!

Human verification and added block country, I went to fighting this crap daily to get back to normal and actually better.

Completely eradicated the issue on my forum...no Cloudflare or cumbersome add-on needed. Go over to https://www.xf2addons.com/ Andy has the fix.

Don't like handing my name servers to Cloudflare, but I understand your point.

I am stuck here in the admin panel and on the forum " The site is currently being upgraded. Please check back later." After trying to upgrade to 2.3.12, never had this happen before. How to I fix this?

That's what mine looks like in regular mode.... not sure why but the last update seems to have messed that up.

You make the message more vague, such as "The site is not accessible from your region"
