Upgraded to 2.3 and numerous users that can't use the quote feature in the forum. I can't even find that permission in the forum permissions in 2.3. Happening in both Chrome and Firefox.

Trying to get it all back how you want it after an upgrade is always a struggle.

I actually can not edit the like reaction by uploading an image. I tried it several ways.

I found an issue in 2.3 where smiles are inserted x 3 or x2 when adding. Recreated both on chrome and Firefox
