i have some knowledge of editing the files, is it complicated? edit: could i, for example, lift the code for the part of the admin panel, and move it to another admin panel template, its not perfect, but might work?

Now that you guys mention it, it was possibly around the time i added widget framework that the sign up button disappeared. the problem is that i think i removed some of the widgets that i was not familiar with, and may have inadvertently removed that widget. is there any way to revert this back?
