Your XenForo behind Cloudflare: What's your "Analytics > Performance" Last 24 Hours Stats?

From the looks of it, that'd be because your requests dropped..

    Free Transactional Email Providers

SendGrid are good, AWS SES is also very good. Wouldn't use any others, as both SendGrid and AWS have always served me well.

Please support me to choose a VPS package

Requesting 1 page still requires processing - whether or not it's cached. Yes, posting a thread will be more intensive, however loading a page is not "resource free". Let alone, RAM isn't going to be a big issue here, apart from cache storage. You want CPU performance, not RAM. RAM can't do any...

Please support me to choose a VPS package

I'd personally recommend either DigitalOcean or Vultr for hosting your site. If you're experiencing high volumes of traffic / users, you should really look into using a cluster of machines rather than one, beefy machine. It's redundancy, and will be cheaper.

This Pressure to go to SSL is intense!

If your host doesn't support you uploading your own certificates, it's time to find a new host - even if they provide certificates for you. I would personally recommend you go down the route of setting up a VPS, and host it yourself. (If you want some help, I'm happy to assist :)) Then you can...

Speed up your site with a CDN

No need to use KeyCDN and pay-per-GB. Sign up for Cloudflare, slap your domain there, setup correct caching (Caching -> Cache CSS/JS enabled) and you don't even have to edit the config.php to move the js files to another (sub)domain. If the fact that it's easier to setup doesn't attract you...

XF 1.5 Switched to SSL, now all links to forums or threads are not found

Have you modified your config.php to reflect you're using TLS/SSL?

Converting Big Site To XF - Server Specs?

It'll be better to have a cluster of machines (preferably VPS') all running the same software / setup, which are clustered and load balanced. For image storage, slap up a Amazon Web Services S3 bucket, post the images there, then use Cloudflare with an aggressive caching rule and CNAME...

Does XenForo actually act on piracy reports?

Because you are repeatedly ignoring what I am saying, which is amazing me tbh. I'll take it as a compliment I suppose. Questionable, evident from this thread. I never said any host is forced to do anything, and when I did I was specifically referring the the US hosts.... Requesting a...

Does XenForo actually act on piracy reports?

Are you unable to read? I have repeatedly said, I am referring to websites that are hosting in either the United States, or hosts that do abide by DMCA... I am amazed.

Does XenForo actually act on piracy reports?

Did I ever say it was a worldwide law? Did I say it was exactly the same in every country? No and no. I said many countries abide by DMCA laws, which they do. Not that they all have DMCA laws. Abiding and having are different things. "Do you research."...

Does XenForo actually act on piracy reports?

DMCAs aren't just in the US, many countries abide by them, the UK being one too. And if you've ever been involved in (sending) a DMCA, you'd know that often they do respond. The majority of large providers (SingleHop, DigitalOcean, PNAP, Linode, OVH, RSNET, I could go on and on) all respond to...

Does XenForo actually act on piracy reports?

I know nothing has been done because I reported some sites over a year ago, and they are still using the same nulled software. Plus, I have never actually been told that XenForo does send out DMCAs. Most modern hosts will respond to DMCA requests, as it affects the host a lot more at times. One...

Does XenForo actually act on piracy reports?

Please read my earlier posts. I have repeatedly stated that I am talking about websites being hosted in the United States, a country which does abide by copyright laws. And hosts are bound by law the follow such laws, because it's a law..

Does XenForo actually act on piracy reports?

It should be XenForo's responsibility to DMCA hosts of which are infringing their copyrights, not mine...
