The XF "what's new" tab is not a great implementation, in terms of content discovery, visual approach and user friendliness. Any way you slice it... Compared to Invision "All Activity Stream" page and "My Activity Streams" plenty full of easily accessed options. It's easier to use, looks better...
This is a great suggestion, I would love to see some more changes to the navigation for easier content discovery and just overall making it visually more pleasing and reduce clutter.
Areas for improvement in terms of speed/performance is CLS and image handling.

I'm not using. It was image I just grabbed from IPS tournament addon, I just shared to for inspiration and to show some of the functionality that the IPS addon had :)

Nice to see the feature content ability across the board regardless of content type, solid improvement vs XF 2.2 capabilities.
Shame that I still see what seems to be the same old What's New page though with divided content behind tabs :\ I was really hoping for a revamped page.
