Ahh. see I may have tried to do that if I was aware there was an xf_derred table lol you learn something every day

I only had a couple of add-ons, none that were specifically image focussed so wasn't sure if they would. So I removed them all.
Still getting the same error.
Error is also happening when trying to rebuild any of the caches etc..
it seems odd because it's throwing an image related area in...

I realise that's something that has to be asked, and to be honest I should have mentioned it but yes it is, I've been doing this a while, not that silly :)
I've also just discovered that the forums have actually been created (even though the page stays as it is and gives no indication that they've been created), and although they appear in the admin node tree, they aren't appearing on the forum itself..

Once the fields are filled in the spinner comes up briefly then the page remains as is.. nothing happens

it appears I was missing the install-lock file..
I uploaded the upgrade package but as I said before I had an aborted upgrade a attempt previously and it appears I may have lost the install-lock file during that..

Having some issues with the upgrade to 1.5 I'd say chances are they are of my own doing but just wanted to work out how to go about fixing them.
After unzipping and uploading new files over the old ones, going to the upgrade url.
forum.com/install
starts the process off fine and...
