I tried to change and save the settings multiple times and then I was unable to access the community from this internet connection for around 24 hours.

In Node Permissions when I click on a node, choose a user group, change one of the options e.g. from 'inherit' to 'yes' then click save, it seems to save as the orange loading symbol is shown but then nothing happens. If I then go back and then check the change made, the change is not saved...
