Thanks guys......got it working now.

I have it set to thetraderguy.com/forum - and it takes me to the forums. However, when emails get send out in order for people to verify registration - it says the page doesn't exist. I am confused to say the least. The homepage is thetraderguy.com, and sends someone to the portal.

I've done both, and it still redirects to a page that "isn't found."

Guys, I have recently moved my forum from domainname.com/forums to domainname.com/forum as I am using the Jaxel written Portal. I have moved everything to set like this: Portal is the root page now. Forums are in /forum (the default of the portal.) Now I am getting emails from people...

Ok, I had a spam issue, and think that an add-on I used has finally put an end to this nightmare. However, I set the option of having to manually approve all messages on the forum. Now that I have this under control, I would like to allow my members to post without having to approve it again...

Excuse me if I am being thick here, but I have looked and looked in order to find the control for the text that is used in the quote title - and simply cannot. Anyone know where this is? What I am trying to change is where it says "USER X SAID" at the top of the box that is formed when you quote...

Unless of course you have a forum on foreign exchange, like I do - and have a lot of people wanting to post charts. While it can be done, and it's not bad - a wider body certainly wouldn't hurt either!

I think Kier has made it abundantly clear he isn't interested. I am not a designer, maybe it's a real ***** to do, I don't know. However, he is obviously not interested. I find it an odd bit of marketing strategy, but it's not my business.

What did that answer mean in English? I have the default setting checked, but mine isn't working either. My host uses an IMAP server, and has the usual mail.domain_name.com port 143 configuration. Is that not the "default" setting? And if I need a password to send an email via Thunderbird, why...
