Hi I have just made one of my members an admin but she doesn’t seem to have the admin tools even though I set permissions and checked they all seem to be correct. This is a screenshot that she sent me.

Thanks that worked but we now it is only showing the admin banner.

Sorry again. I have them working but the other groups are also showing on the banners, how do I just show the current group?

Thanks. Can’t believe that I didn’t notice that. It has worked for a couple of groups, some are not showing even though I have run the cron entries.

Hi there I created user groups and promotions. I then added the user group CSS and they don’t seem to be working. What am I doing wrong?

I was with IPB for awhile but add-ons would send you on a wild goose chase. I got sick of trying to find what I wanted so I decided to come back to XF. Don't get me wrong IPB was a very nice software but the prices are ridiculous.

Hi everyone. One of my members can't start a conversation with anyone, she is the only the one person that has this issue, I have looked at her privacy settings and they are all how they should be. She said it was perfectly fine this morning. Any idea what this could be please?
