Thank you, I missed the case where entity does not exist (for some reaons, because it should always exist). This fix should be enough.

The default permissions are No so you just need set it to Yes for demanded forums.

Fix reply count factor is always triggered.

Sorry I don't get your problem. I need more people to help me confirm this, because it's working on my local environment. You can only choose one factor at the moment, so no conflict. This addon, from the start, uses only mediocre technique to lock the thread. No strange thing should happen...

Don't worry this addon wouldn't break your forum even if something went wrong. For other addons that touch your database, always remember to backup then you'll be fine.
