Rate window opens by clicking on a star you choose to rate (5 f.e.). Then close this window by Esc and open by clicking on a 3 stars — you'll still see 5 star inside.

It's possible to set tag limit to add images. But after image upload users do not see tag field to set it.. (they need to click expand button) How to set all fields visible (expanded) by default?
