The above phrase is used in the Attachment controller (XenForo_ControllerPublic_Attachment, line 170) for all attachments for the whole XenForo system if you upload more than the allowed number of attachments for a content type.
My suggestion is that this phrase be move to the attachment handler so that it can be changed easily for content other than messages (for example, resources).
