I can't log in to the site. It says You must enable two-step verification to access the control panel.

You can add this to the src/config.php file:

$config['enableTfa'] = false;

Then you should be able to get into the ACP and see what is going on.

Maybe you checked the permission falsely for your user group

It doesn't work. I had to enable two-step verification. But no confirmation code was sent to the email to enable two-step verification.

Did you change any permissions lately? I had an admin use the quick set all = yes option once and forgot to change the Require 2FA option back to No before saving the permissions.

It turned out to have been set individually, not through group permission. After I changed the setting to No all, I was required to activate two-step verification. Is this normal?

No, what does Admin > User groups & permissions > Analyze permissions show for that user for Require 2FA?

One of the permissions somewhere is still set to Yes, set the individual or group setting to Never

Apparently it is still set to Yes at the user level.

I mistakenly logged in with an account that has all Yes permissions, instead of logging in as super admin.
