Hello,

I would like to clarify the purpose of the license system that was included in the previous version of this add-on.

The license check was implemented solely as a standard software protection mechanism to prevent unauthorized distribution and usage. It was not designed to act as a harmful “kill switch”, nor did it perform any destructive or intrusive actions on the installation.

Its functionality was limited to validating the license status, similar to many commercial add-ons.

That said, I fully understand XenForo Cloud’s strict policy regarding external connections and remote validation systems. In order to comply with these standards, I have removed all license verification and external communication from the add-on.

A clean, fully self-contained version is now available and compatible with XenForo Cloud requirements.

My goal has always been to protect my work while ensuring user safety and platform compatibility. I appreciate the feedback and have adjusted the add-on accordingly.
