Hi Osman, I like the idea of this addon, I'm wondering if you would suggest this as a replacement to the status update system or more of a compliment to it? I see it supports text posts as well...

Hi, thanks for your interest!
I would definitely suggest this as a compliment to the status update system rather than a replacement. Here is why:
  • Different Purpose: The Status Update system (profile posts) is designed for permanent, text-based updates and discussions that stay on a user's profile history. Community Stories, on the other hand, is designed for ephemeral content (disappearing after 24h).
  • Engagement Loop: Stories are great for driving daily activity and "FOMO" (fear of missing out), encouraging users to check in every day to see what's new before it vanishes. Status updates don't create this same urgency.
  • Visual vs. Text: While Stories does support text (captions/overlay), it is primarily a visual medium (images/video), whereas status updates are text-first.
Using both together gives your community the best of both worlds: a place for permanent discussions (Status Updates) and a place for quick, daily sharing (Stories)." ;)

it happens in all explorers with ios, i have the last versión of ios but in before versions it happens too

Therefore, please submit a support request through our website.
