Lack of interest XMG - Alert if uploads are or are not completed

Some suggestions:

If uploads are not completed the save button IMHO have to be disabled and if the user will try to close the tab o leave the page an alert will warn that the upload is still in progress.

If the upload is completed and the user not clicked on the save button an alert will warn that the uploads will be lost if not saved.
